என் பெயர் ஐயனார். நான் கடலூர் மாவட்டத்திலிருந்து வந்து, காஞ்சி வள்ளுவன் IAS அகாடமி, கும்மிடிபூண்டியில் கடந்த ஒரு வருடமாக படித்து வருகிறேன்.
நான் இதற்கு முன் பட்டப்படிப்பு முடித்துவிட்டு, ஒரு டீ கடையில் வேலை செய்து வந்தேன். அங்கு வருமானம் இருந்தாலும், சமுதாயத்தில் நானும் என் குடும்பமும் ஒரு நல்ல நிலைக்கு வரவேண்டும் என்ற கனவுடன் இருந்தேன்.
அந்த எண்ணத்தில்தான், என் நண்பன் "TNPSC படிக்கலாம்" என்று சொல்லி, காஞ்சி வள்ளுவன் IAS அகாடமிக்குள் அழைத்து வந்தான்.
ஆனால் நான் முதலில் இங்கு வந்த போது, நம்பிக்கையின்றி வந்தேன். ஆனால் இங்கு வந்த பிறகு தான், காஞ்சி வள்ளுவன் IAS அகாடமி எனக்கு TNPSC பற்றிய தெளிவையும், அரசு பணியில் செல்ல முடியும் என்ற உறுதியையும் ஊக்கத்தையும் வழங்கியது.

என் பெயர் சசிரேகா. நான் திருவள்ளுவர் மாவட்டத்தில் தற்போது VAO பணியில் பணியாற்றி வருகிறேன்.
நான் இன்ஜினியரிங் முடித்த பிறகு 2–3 ஆண்டுகளாக போட்டித் தேர்வுகளுக்காக தயாராகிக் கொண்டிருந்தேன். ஆனால் தொடர்ந்து தோல்விகள் தான் ஏற்பட்டன.
அதற்குப் பிறகு தான் நான் காஞ்சி வள்ளுவன் IAS அகாடமியில் சேர்ந்தேன். இங்கு சேர்ந்த பிறகு, பாடத்திட்டங்களை எவ்வாறு சரியான முறையில் அணுகவேண்டும் என்பதைக் குறித்து முழுமையான வழிகாட்டுதலை பெற்றேன்.
இது மட்டுமல்லாமல், GS பாடங்களை syllabus-wise-ஆகவும், பள்ளி புத்தகங்களை பயன்படுத்தி எவ்வாறு படிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் கற்றுக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.
தினசரி தேர்வுகள், வாராந்திர தேர்வுகள் ஆகியவை மூலம் என் தவறுகளை சுட்டிக் காட்டி, திருத்தும் வாய்ப்பையும் வழங்கினார்கள்.
இதனால்தான் இன்று நான் ஒரு அரசு அதிகாரியாக பணியாற்ற முடிந்துள்ளது.
